We provide for you what online travel agencies can't...Personalized Service. When working with us, you can expect to get professional advice and guidance, so that you can make an informed decision. We work closely with travel industry associations and government agencies to ensure that you’re receiving credible information regarding current international and domestic travel.
We take time to research the destination, as well as search for hotels, resorts, and other product that are a good fit for you based on your unique specifications. We create customized itineraries just for you. We understand how important your vacation is and make every effort to ensure it is special down to the most minor details. We save you valuable time that can be used on other important things in your life, like deciding what to pack for your vacation.
We go the extra mile to ensure our clients experience the best service possible. We put your interest, safety and well-being at the forefront of all travel recommendations. Our customer service does not end with your booking. We manage your booking until you return from travel. We advocate for you if something were to go wrong on your trip, and we assist you with getting a resolution. We appreciate YOU because YOU are our business! Have a question or a special request? Don’t hesitate to contact us!
Consultation
Once you contact us to inquire about a vacation, we will schedule a consultation with you to understand your requirements and help determine if we are a good fit for your travel needs. If we both agree to proceed, we will send you an invoice for a non-refundable planning fee and our service agreement. The non-refundable fee and service agreement are required before any services are rendered.
We get to work
Once we receive your non-refundable planning fee and service agreement, we will get to work researching and planning to put together a customized travel itinerary that best fits your needs. We may even offer suggestions to enhance your trip. After thorough research, we present you with a proposal.
Time to book
Once you have agreed upon an itinerary, we will book your trip with a deposit (or full trip cost depending how far your booking date is from your travel date). Deposits and trip costs vary by supplier. Two to three weeks prior to departure, we will send you your travel documents, which will include your reservation and all agreed upon arrangements. Travel documents are not released until booking has been paid in full.
Do it over again
Do it all over again! We are happy to start planning your next getaway as soon as you return. With early planning, you are more likely to get everything you want in your future trip and not have to stress about availability, cost, etc. The sooner you start planning, the longer you'll have to make payments on your next getaway.
Yes, we charge a non-refundable planning/research fee. The fee is based on the type of services requested and will be discussed at consultation.
We charge a fee because we are very thorough and we devote a significant amount of time and resources to the trips we plan. By paying the planning/research fee, you are showing a good faith commitment to use our services and compensate us for the time we dedicate to researching and planning your trip.
Travel insurance is not a mandatory purchase, however, it is HIGHLY recommended to protect your travel investment. It can also provide post-departure coverage for medical, lost baggage, delayed travel & trip interruption.
Unfortunately, some situations in life cannot be predicted. If you do not purchase travel insurance, but need to cancel or change a reservation, you may be subject to forfeiture of your deposits and/or trip costs.
It depends. If you depart from a U.S. cruise port AND return to a U.S. cruise port, a passport is not required. However, it is highly recommended that anytime you depart the U.S., you have a passport. Why? For example, if you were to get sick onboard and need to be flown back to the U.S. or other nearby country for medical care, you will need a passport. Passports are needed for cruises that either begin or end in foreign (non-U.S.) territory.
You may make payments on most bookings. However, there are several factors that determine whether or not you can make payments on your bookings (how early you book, the components of your trip, supplier policies, etc.).
